Being out in the sunshine makes you feel good, we're here to let you sunbathe in style with no fuss. We've got your back (literally).

Here are a few Koala towel benefits (with some nice icons):

Koala cotton and bamboo towels are around 70% lighter than an average bath towel and barely noticeable in your beach bag.

To make sure they're highly absorbent naturally, we only use Turkish organic cotton and bamboo. They  get softer and more absorbent with every use!

They dry super quick (Less than 1/4 the time of a regular towel) allowing you to return from endless dips in the water to a fresh towel.

Every Koala towel is made from natural materials - either organic cotton, bamboo or a lush mix of both making them gentle on sensitive skin.

Bamboo regenerates fast and organic cotton is grown without using toxic chemicals - growing it uses 62% less energy than conventional cotton.

Sand resistant

They're great at shedding sand, both off the towel and your skin when you're at the beach. Just gotta shake it off.

Compact and easy to carry, this means no more heavy and bulky towels in your bag, in the washing machine or in your wardrobe!

Because they look oh so good you can use them as a sarong, a scarf or even as a throw to decorate your home.

Travel friendly

So light and compact, you can pack your Koala towel in your carry-on bag and can be used as a blanket on the plane or even roll it up to use as a pillow.

Made with love, by experts.

Your Koala towel is wiser than it looks. It's made and handloomed by Turkish artisans with knowledge passed down through many generations.

What's up with the tassels?

The tassels in the towels are an important part of the weave and we think they look pretty cool too! They pull together the yarn and seal the edges, replacing the extra stitching that usually comes with finishing off a towel.  The vertical white yarn that runs through the length of the towel is woven into the horizontal colors, hand cut and tied in a knot.

Stays fresher for longer

The organic cotton we use for beach towels is naturally resistant to moulds and mildews, due to it's inherent anti-microbial and anti-bacterial properties.

Strong and durable

Organic cotton has long fibers. This means there's fewer joins in spinning yarns, which results in stronger and smoother cotton threads. With the correct care, your towel can last up to 10 years!

Looking after my towel

To boost your towel’s absorbency, we recommend that you soak it in cold water before your first use to break up the organic fibers. Then simply hang it up to dry naturally.

We don’t recommend tumble drying delicate towels.

If the tassels come undone - no worries, just tie them up by following these simple steps:

1. Split the untied tassel equally in two.
2. Twist each section independently.
3. Then twist the two sections together.
4. Finish with an overhand knot at the end.
